Kampong Kreng School

Conversational English and interactive learning with young students near the small village of Kampong Kreng.

These rural children are hugely excited by visitors who want to help teach them English or play educational games – their desire and ability to soak in knowledge is incredible.

Lessons are run by friendly Khmer teachers who welcome volunteers to the school on weekday afternoons. Make a connection and have a laugh with eager country students.

When: Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

Where: near Kampong Kreng village, 3km north on the river road, first school on the left (see map in Kampot Maps). Tricky road but beautiful scenery.
