Save Cambodia's Wildlife (SCW)

Save Cambodia's Wildlife (SCW), is a local Cambodian conservation organisation providing environmental education, awareness and community outreach programs across Cambodia. A Non Governmental Organisation, SCW is committed to environmental protection and conservation through environmental education and community outreach programs.

Based in Phnom Penh, SCW also has sub-offices in Phnom Samkos Wildlife Sanctuary (Pursat Province), Central Cardamom Protected Forest (Koh Kong Province) and Bokor National Park (Kampot Province).

SCW understands that education and public awareness is fundamental to conservation so the focus is on children, youth and forest dependent communities.

Donations

A non-profit organisation, SCW welcomes donations and grants in three areas:

To assist in the development of environmental education materials for Cambodia's children.
To help SCW's environmental education programs become part of Cambodia's primary education system.
To assist community outreach and development programs in forest dependent communities of the Bokor National Park.

Volunteers

SCW is looking for volunteers to assist with our field work and publications. You'll get to work with experienced staff and learn more about environmental issues in Cambodia and ways you can help. The only requirement we have is that you are committed to helping Cambodia 's natural environment and wildlife. Contact SCW

Publications

SCW has produced a range of quality educational materials such as books, posters, and brochures. Based on environmental themes, publications aim to create a greater awareness of Cambodia’s natural environment and to encourage children to read to improve literacy. All books are beautifully illustrated and are written in English and Khmer. The publications are used in our training with forest dependant communities and are also available for sale to the public. All profits go to SCW’s environmental programs.
